As its name suggests, stout is a brown color, varying from mahogany to ebony black. This intense color is due to the use of more or less roasted malt, or very colored malt (and sometimes coloring in countries which authorize it). Stout is a variety which owes its identity to the use of highly roasted malt grains, which gives this dark beer with a coffee or cocoa taste. The complete box offered allows the amateur brewer to take their first steps into the world of dark beers . To appreciate the intense color of the beer, we will refer to the EBC (European Brewery Convention) scale, it displays a value of 95 EBC.
