Who is behind this puzzle?

Serena White or Hoglet&Co is an illustrator who lives in England. Her gouache illustrations are hand painted and inspired by her daily life, nature and flowers.

Here, she illustrated the city of Tokyo in all its splendor. There are shops and restaurants and the illuminated signs that characterize the city, but also Mount Fuji in the background, a Japanese temple and cherry blossoms.
