THE VINEYARDS:

Grande Champagne:

With whitish soils and a subsoil of friable limestone; perfect balance with oceanic and continental influences. It is the premier cru of cognac with the finest eaux-de-vie.

Borders:

With barely 5% of the regional vineyard surface, the subsoil of Borderies is partly decalcified and produces a softer and rounder eau de vie with a scent of violet. They also have the characteristic of aging more quickly.
