It was after a trip to Japan between sisters that they discovered Sencha Green Tea, and fell in love. Fresh and fragrant, they couldn't miss this variety of tea. Neither one nor two, we had to create the perfect mixture to match the Miel de Nectars, without distorting the Sencha. Sweetness, fruit and a floral note to finish the tasting and that's it. Apricot for the fruit, carrot flower for the sweetness, and honey flowers for the floral touch. What better way to start your day? Nothing. Except maybe add a spoonful of honey…
